You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your Billing dashboard, and cancellations stay active through the end of the current billing period.

We'll warn you before you run out of transcription minutes, uploads, or AI usage. When a limit is reached, the affected features pause until the next billing cycle resets your usage or you upgrade for more capacity.
